Any of these warrants an inspection before the problem worsens. Ignoring these signs typically turns a moderate repair into a full replacement.
Often yes, but it depends on what has failed and how far the damage has progressed. Broken distribution lines, damaged risers, faulty aerobic components, and clogged outlets are frequently repairable. A drainfield that has fully failed due to years of overloading or biomat buildup may require replacement rather than repair. We diagnose first and tell you plainly what we found before recommending anything.
It depends on the scope. Component replacements like a pump, a float, or a riser may not require a new permit. Significant repairs to the drainfield, the tank, or the overall system layout generally do.
