Diagnosis
We come to the site, assess the system, and identify the root cause, not just the symptom showing at the surface.
A failing septic system is not a situation to defer. We come out, find the problem, and tell you exactly what it is and what it will take to fix it before any work begins. Straight assessment from a TCEQ-licensed designer-installer, not a dispatcher sending a crew that guesses.
Septic problems have a way of showing up at the worst time, and they tend to get more expensive the longer they sit. The right move is a solid diagnosis before committing to any repair scope. We have seen too many situations where a homeowner paid for work that addressed a symptom, not the actual failure.
We repair conventional septic systems, aerobic treatment units, and the components that connect them, across Austin and the Texas Hill Country. Our TCEQ license covers both design and installation work, which means when the diagnosis turns up something that needs a permitted repair or a partial redesign, we can handle it without handing you off to another contractor.
Common repair situations we handle: tank baffles and lids, broken or disconnected distribution lines, pump failures in pump-assisted systems, aerobic unit component failures, riser replacements, and partial drainfield repairs where the failure is localized rather than system-wide. If the drainfield has fully failed, that becomes a drainfield replacement conversation, and we handle that too.
Not every failing system is fixable. If the drainfield has reached the end of its life or the tank is structurally compromised, repair is not a durable solution. We tell you plainly when that threshold has been crossed, and we walk you through the upgrade or replacement path from there.
We come to the site, assess the system, and identify the root cause, not just the symptom showing at the surface.
