Site Evaluation
We walk your property, run the soil profile, note the slope and setbacks, and determine what your land can actually support.
Most septic problems are not problems with the system. They are problems with the gap between the designer and the installer. Cornerstone closes that gap by being both, under a single TCEQ license, on every job.
Cornerstone is not a volume shop. We take on residential and light-commercial septic projects across the Austin metro and the Texas Hill Country, and we walk each one from the first site visit to the county sign-off. That focus is not a limitation. It is how we stay accountable to the homeowners we work for.
Our TCEQ license covers both the design and the installation. That means the person who designs your system is the person who builds it, and both sides of that work fall under the same credential and the same accountability.
Many homeowners end up caught between a design firm and an install crew who have never met. At Cornerstone, there is no handoff. One team carries the project from soil test through final inspection, so nothing gets lost between steps.
You will not be forwarded to a project manager, a permit coordinator, or a subcontractor. You call us, you reach us, and we answer. The same person who walked your site can speak to every detail of your job.
We scope the job before we price it, and we price it plainly. You get a clear number after the site evaluation, not an estimate that quietly grows once work is underway. If something could change the price, we tell you before we start.
We are based in Manchaca and we have worked the soils, the setback rules, and the county offices across the Austin metro and the Hill Country for years. Local knowledge changes what a design looks like and how smoothly a permit moves.
We install systems the way we would want one installed on our own land. That means the right materials, the right slope, the correct setbacks from wells and property lines, and a clean site when we leave. Decades of performance start with the decisions made on install day.
When the designer and the installer are different companies, there is always a gap. The design makes an assumption the installer does not catch, or the installer makes a field call that the designer never approved. The homeowner is the one who carries the consequence.
Cornerstone was built around a single answer to that problem: hold both the design credential and the installation credential, so the entire scope of the job stays under one professional's responsibility. When you sign with us, the person drawing the plans is the person on the equipment.
That structure changes more than accountability. It changes speed. The permit moves faster when the designer and the installer are in the same conversation. It changes accuracy, because field conditions feed directly back into the design rather than passing through a message chain. And it changes the experience for the homeowner, because there is one number to call and one person who can answer any question.
We also do not sub out core work to crews we have not trained. The team you see on your property is our team.
